Hi! My name is Howlie and I'm a super sweet and lovable boy. It's been a little stressful for me lately. First, my bonded kitty companion passed away and then my person surrendered me to the shelter. Lucky for me Animal Care and Control selected me to participate in the Jackson Galaxy Foundation #catpawsitive Program they are participating in. The volunteers worked with me and reminded me that life is good and getting loving is pawesome. Fortunately for me, Give Me Shelter took me into their rescue and now I'm ready for my second chance in a loving forever home. Would you give me a chance?
